Refund policy

Every item is custom-made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you change your mind, choose the wrong size, or enter the wrong shipping address.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund!
If your item is damaged:
  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Email us your order number and clear photos of the damage.
  3. Do not mail anything back to the return address on the package.
